The Code Zone solves the "but what do we do?" problem of many coding clubs. Our projects are perfect to give children a nudge to explore something different each week! Never run out of content or ideas!

The pandemic is still kicking around and not all people are confident to return to clubs - our platform can be accessed from school or from home, they just need a browser!

We'll provide you...

Well, we're a friendly bunch - we'll work with you and help you get set up. You can also join us on webinars, or even just chat to us online - we're here to help you make a success of getting children coding!

You will have a registration page for your school where parents can sign their children up to your school - and they'll have access to our platform 24/7.

Every week we'll make one of our Scratch based projects available to your school - these are normally based on a simple concept which we give the code for, along with videos to explain what's going on and videos to help children find blocks. We then provide "hacks" that encourage the children to get creative, see what happens when things are changed, or just fundamentally break it - it's all learning!

What if the children want more?

We've got loooads more - if children are really enjoying it they can set up a membership with us and get access to tonnes of other projects, come along to our game dev clubs or even get 1-2-1 mentoring. But that's entirely up to the children/parents of course - and let's be honest here, ultimately that's how we fund this programme for the schools...but there's no hard sale, just options to explore more.

My 10 yr old daughter has recently changed groups as she is quite shy and timid and her previous group were quite outgoing. The team were brilliant, very supportive and worked to find her the right group. She is now in a quieter group where the other children work together to support each other and she said the group leader is great! A happy mummy! 🥰

My son recently had a taster session with the code zone. They were very helpful and their communication before and after the session was fantastic. We are looking for a local coding class which is face to face, which The Code Zone don’t offer at the moment, but fingers crossed this is something they can accommodate in future!

The Code Zone is an outstanding and well managed club. My daughter has been going for a couple of years now and absolutely loves it. They maintain their interest by constantly challenging them with new games and programmes and the staff are friendly and approachable. They also keep parents informed and remind them when new terms are starting along with holiday activities. Definitely deserve their 5 🌟 .

I have 2 children who attend The Code Zone online classes. Both of my children are neurodiverse. Firstly, their customer services is great. They are very patient and signing up was easy. There were no sales calls which was great because a lot of the other companies that sell coding classes seem to bombard you with calls. The teachers are amazing and very patient. My son (7 years) actually plays the games that they learn to code. Lauren especially has been AMAZING with my son. My daughter is 13 and I was nervous as to whether she would enjoy it or not. She LOVES the classes and has learned so much. I was really apprehensive about whether my children’s needs could be met but Code Zone has exceeded by expectations. The price is very reasonable, the teaching is good and I would highly recommend The Code Zone.

What age range is The Code Zone for?

Good question! We typically recommend our guided projects to children between the ages of 6-16. All of our 120+ projects come with step-by-step tutorials and our code leaders are on hand every day from 9 am-6 pm to offer a helping hand.

What do we need?

Just motivated childred ready to kick start their coding journey! Well, that and a modern computer with a stable internet connection.

We recommend Chrome as the most suitable web browser for our platform.

Can I use Minecraft Mod Worlds

Yes, if your school has access to Microsoft Education Edition, then you can access this product as part of your subscription.
